125 students at Stuyvesant High School cheated on a very important final exam last spring. Parent were shocked to know thatt 66 of those students used their cell phones to cheat. Whe the students were asked why they cheated they responded "I had no choice". They were not prepared enough for the exam, but they knew that their parents werent going to take a failing grade at the end of the six weeks. Statics say that most student cheat. Even the higher level students cheat. Students feel the pressure of making good grades and are most of the time willing to do whatever it takes to do so. Some parents are more impressed with their childs final grades as apposed to how much they are actually learning.  So whatt would he do? "Cheat or be cheated?"

  1. That's really understandable. You know, we are under a lot of pressure to do well in our classes, and it is a very difficult decision to make to fail a test or pass with a little help from today's technology.

  2. I agrree with Clara 100%. This being our Junior year we are under alot of pressure, and frustration due to school and other things. cheating is wrong and I believe that genuwinely, but it gets difficult to study when you know all you have to do is hide your smart phone inyour coat pocket.
