Ralls is a Chinese company that wanted to build wind farm in Oregon. When the Navy, and the Committee of Foreign Investment in the US who is chaired by the treasurer secretary would not allow them to purchase the land. That is when Obama steps in and backs up the Navy and the Committee of Foreign Investment in the US and says that the it is a matter of national security. Ralls responds by threatening to sew the president. In my opinion the United States government could actually be concerned with the security of the nation, but it could also be a political move against china.
