A three year old boy was shot and killed by his six year old brother when they stumbled upon a gun that their father had illegally purchased, and played a friendly game of 'cops and robber' that turned deadly.
Analysis: This is a very sad and unfortunate occurrence that has arrived just in time for the heated debates over gun laws. After all this is just one of many very similar incidents, which could have been prevented provided the proper gun laws and stricter restrictions on control. This directly correlates to the second amendment of the constitution that states everyone has the right to bear arms. However this right has led to many accidental deaths, by guns both legally and illegally owned. This leads to the conclusion by many that these armaments that are granted are in fact causing more harm than good. People should reserve the right to protect themselves, however it seems that there are more cases of guns accidentally killing innocent people than saving people from danger. So while the second amendment was made under just reasons, it has in modern day caused more pain and sorrow than relief.
