In just 18 weeks into 2019. 17 police officers have been shot to death. The Police Department experience many of their partners life's being taken away while they serve the community. According to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, there's been less deaths this year than last year 2018 during this time of the year . Officers have been gun down from Washington, Mississippi, California , Texas , Illinois and more.
