Nortre Dame Fire GRAYSON DECKER GRAYSON DECKER

            GRAYSON DECKER GRAYSON DECKER
On April 15, the Nortre Dame Cathedral burned down during renovations. It was once a landmark, but now, 2/3 of the roof has been burned. It is not not clear what started the fire but it took firefighters 11 hours to clear it away. Nortre Dame University has donated $100,000 to help rebuild. The France president has stated that the church will be rebuilt and in 5 years time.

Its awful to see a tragedy like this. That church has been set in place for hundreds of years just for it to burn down. I feel bad for the construction worker that accidenty lit the thing on fire though.

  1. If it really was a construction worker who accidentally lit the Notre Dame on fire I wonder if they can sleep at night. But for the firefighters who did put the fire out as well as manage to save a part of it I thank them greatly.
