Though most of the report has been released to the public, democrats are pushing for all 36 documents that were subpoenaed by house judiciary committee, to be released by tuesday. Although democrats have kept the strict deadline, White house officials have discussed using executive privilege to withhold Barr from testifying. This reminds me of when president nixon tried to use executive privilege to withhold information about the watergate scandal.
