On April 29th, a 19 year old opened fire on a synagogue, injuring 3 and killing a woman. The FBI received a tip about the attack occurring minutes before the attack occurred, so they were unable to stop the horrendous act. Luckily, a man charged the shooter, causing him to flee and eventually call and confess to the police.
This was not the only shooting to happen that day, in fact 4 other shootings with multiple injuries or death occurred the same day. The US has been debating gun control for decades, and the fact that multiple shootings can occur in a day with only one being widely known about should be a concern to all.
