Last Tuesday, 10 German tourists were killed in an explosion in Istanbul, Turkey. Apparently, this bombing was caused by 10 suicide bombers as a part of their terrorist group. In total, 17 people were killed or injured in this attack on Sultanahmet, the old city, full of mosques, museums, and tourists. It has been said that this attack was directed towards tourists visiting the area.
It's clear that growing international tensions have been causing even very peaceful people to take drastic measures when it comes to something they're unhappy about, and it's been growing increasingly worse and worse. Even in the US it seems like we've been getting more and more terrorist attacks from not only international fiends, but Americans themselves. This may or may not be due to the fact that a lot of states have been passing the open-carry law, making it much easier for people to gain access to deadly weapons, and thus taking innocent lives.
