The Best View of Weather Katie Schell (Flex)

The best view of the massive storm that resently hit the east coast of the U.S. could be seen from the International Space Station Saturday morning. The storm covering nearly a quarter of the United Sates was captured by cameras and has been documented by the NASA Suomi NPP satellite.

I find it so amazing what we can now do with out technology. Here we have a satellite in space taking pictures of the storm system on earth. The images captured are actually quite beautiful, and although the storm is affecting the U,S, quite drastically I still think it's so cool that we are able to look at something like this from above. Our technology has come so far over the past decade and it makes me laugh a little to think about the small things, that we find normal in today's world, to have been thought of as revolutionary developments.
