Airlines pilot charged with flying planes while drunk. (Alejandra Hernandez 6th period)

Summary: David Hans Arntson  was arrested for flying while drunk. He flew from San Diego to Portland then from Portland to Orange County, California. After landing in California, he was tested twice for alcohol in which he had .134 and .142. Arnatson however denied that he had been drinking. After he was removed he retired for medical reasons.

Analysis: This is really bad that he kinda got away with this. It reminds me of the gilded age when people who had money and influence got away with major corruption. In this case however there were people's life's at stake. Inn the article there isn't any more information on how or if he was charged for what he did.
