A black business owner is still shaken after an anonymous, white man dropped off a bag at her store. Inside the bag, there was a Klu Klux Klan robe and hood with two common insignia patches sewn on. "I didn't know what to do or say," Leona Coakley-Spring, the store owner said. "It was just so horrifying." Her son, Shane, called police. They said that they have never seen a case like this and are taking it very seriously. A sketch of the suspect has been released to the public in hopes of finding the man who left the robe. However, Coakley-Spring is still very frightened for her and her son's safety.
I can only imagine how frightened this store owner is. Coakley-Spring has a right to feel threatened/insulted. Thanks to laws like the Force Acts of 1870 and 1871, we have limited to none KKK activity. However, we still have people who grew up being taught that those of color are not equal. The government can only ban this activity, but they cannot banish a persons beliefs, even though they are very wrong. I hope that they find the man who has shaken up this poor woman, her job, and her family.

This is just terrorism. Funny how some people still think the Klan is not alive and well in America.
