Flight Diverted Tymie Jadagu 6th P

Article:United flight diverted over 'threatening message' - CNN.com

Summary: On Saturday morning, Canadian authorities landed a Denver bound flight, due to a threat found on board. While the nature of the threat hasn't been released yet, a suspect is in custody. The crew made the decision to land the plane, as there were 131 passengers and six crew members at risk. Activity at the airport continued, as they worked to get their passengers where they needed to be.
Analysis: This article relates to fairly recent events, such as 9/11. Since the planes were hijacked in September 2011, and many lives were lost, laws and regulations over flying have gotten stricter and stricter, and rightly so. From screeners, to the size of containers that can be brought on a plane, it is clear the TSI is doing everything in it's power to prevent further terrorist attacks, especially after even more recent events, like what happened in Paris, and the rise of ISIS. It is great that they made the decision to land the plane, because a repeat of the events on 9/11 would be unbearable.

  2. all that's been going on with ISIS and of course 9/11 it has put a big responsibility on airports to ensure the safety of passengers and that hopefully no harm will come to them. I'm so glad nobody got hurt
