Victoria Rhodes 5th: 4 year old killed by fatal wounds of a dog attack

the boy was attacked when he was walking down the street with his mother. in no way, shape or form did either of them provoke the dogs that were coming towards them. the 4 dogs in the neighborhood  had been an issue before when they were reported to have escaped through the fence before. the dogs were a topic of trouble for the local neighborhood, it just happens that this is the first time the the issue has been fatal. in total there was 4 dogs and 1 of the dogs snatched the child an dragged him to their owners backyard. its assumed that the mother couldn't help her child because she herself was fighting off 3 other dogs. the child died of severe blood loss and wounds. Antonio Lyons, the owner of the dogs is pleading not guilty on the charges of second degree murder.

pitbulls are aggressive dogs in the first place so having so many in an enclosed, tight space is already issue in the first place. if the dogs have gotten out before and caused trouble then the fence itself needs to be stronger and checked for any problems. its not the first time that people have underestimated something that causes a great deal of damage. the creation of the nuclear bomb was said to have been controlled perfectly but a few dropped bombs later we see that the bomb itself is a monster and that the amount of  people that died could've been prevented if we recognized how intense the object was.  i don't think that the man should feel that he himself killed the boy, but the charges i feel are fair because its the not the first time the dogs have gotten out. i hope that the mother of the boy can find it in herself to forgive the man and i hope that she feels that justice is given to the death of her son.

  1. I have a pit bull myself, and she's the sweetest thing! But if you put any animal in a negative environment, bad things are bound to happen.

  2. I don't agree that all pitbulls are aggressive, but if they had been a problem before the attack and the man neglected to do anything about it, then he should be guilty.
