Recently another chipotle outbreak has occurred in Boston, causing over 150 college students to be sick. After the first E.Coli cases you'd think chipotle would be able to put this behind them and learn form their mistakes, but apparently not. The poplar restaurant chain has caused the students to catch a horrific stomach illness with bad side-effects.
The first time this happened, it seemed to be squared away and everything went back to norman until it's latest outbreak. I honestly don't think chipotle should continue to be a popular chain after this incident. Even my own brother has been effected by this restaurant's inability to follow health code and keep people safe. His roommate caught the disease after eating at the resturant, causing him to have to move out of his own apartment so he didn't get sick before finals.
If it were any other restaurant, they would be destroyed and no one would go there again. Stock is going down and i really hope they either improve their act or shut down shop.
This event can relate to the many disease outbreaks that occurred in American, and even world history. these events resulted in the creation of the CDC and a more extensive understanding of diseases and how to cure them.

I feel this can also relate to all of the compromises (ex. Missouri) that were trying to be made in effort to stop the Civil War from breaking out. It seems that the compromising couldn't really make anybody overly happy, just like Chipotle, despite several tries now, cannot stop transferring diseases to people.
