Kate and William have taken legal action against a photographer, saying he has been spying on their son, Prince George and her nanny. They think some one placed him under surveillance and has been watching his daily routine's. He was spotted in London Park and was escorted out immediately. The photographer, Niraj Tanna, wrote the palace a 7 page paper saying that he didn't break any laws. He was going his jobs as a photographer and didn't do anything wrong. As a result, even though Prince George is a public figure, he needs his privacy. They family says no one should worry about someone spying on their son while doing daily activities, like walking in the park.

If I was in their position I'd probably be doing the same thing. You can't be too careful and especially at their level or ranking. They're royal figures and some people may not be fond of that.

It is disturbing to be continually monitored and be put in the spotlight. I think that all people, regardless of status, are entitled to some sense of privacy. I don't know if legal action needs to be taken, but I do think that some arrangement needs to be made so that the royals get the privacy they are entitled to.
