Drafting Only Men for the Military is Unconstitutional

A military draft is applying only to men is unconstitutional, a federal judge in Houston has ruled, and says that excluding woman is now no longer justified because it is proven that women can do just as much as men can do. The Pentagon abolished these restrictions of excluding woman from the Military in 2015, and this opened a way for woman to be able to serve in the military role.
Historical restrictions on woman in the military may have justified past discrimination, men and women are now similarly situated purposes of a draft or registration for a draft. Im glad that woman are now able to serve in the military and are now a bit more respected than in the past. Woman are able to just as much or even more things than men can.
