toddlers found tied -Avery Yoss

Deputies called a report saying they heard a child crying in a backyard. The police knocked on the door, got no answer, so they went around back only to find two children, a little boy and a little girls, chained to the door and to the ground, by a leash and a dog chain. Neighbors said they had no idea this was happening in the house, the mother of all these children was charged. She has 6 children total.

This is absolutely awful. It is so sad to hear that this happened to these children, and i'm sure much worse things happened as well that the police did not know about. I can't believe this mother thought it was okay to treat her children like this.
