"Back At it Again With the Right to Vote" -Aleah Washington 1st period

A computer system did not give the correct ballots to some democratic voters in phoenix. After they found out they were listed under the wrong party, this group and election officials complained and this turned into a court case. The right to vote and freedom of speech helps individuals express their opinion. Even though it was just a computer malfunction, the accident could have caused someone to wrongly win office and not supported the main interest.

  1. Matthew Homsher 9th- This is similar to the election of 2000, where the votes had to be counted by hand. It's good that the court was able to decide things in this case without any negativity on either side about the outcome.
