Prosecutor in O.J. Simpson Trial Accuses Johnnie Cochran of Tampering with Evidence by Nyla smith

From the previous O.J. Simpson trial, Simpsons, rival attorney is now claiming that ,Johnnie Cochran, (Defense Attorney) was evidence tamporing. At the crime seen of Simpons wifes murder, there a bloody glove left at the site. At his trial, Simpson, was told to put on the glove to see if it fit. if the glove fit it would've been enough evidence to convict him for murdering his wife. However when trying on the glove, it didn't fit him. At least, it appeared that it didn't fit. Darden, is now saying , Cochran tampered with the glove by letting out the seams so that it didn't fit his hand. Complications arose when , Darden, tried to re-open not only a settled case, but a sensitive and controversial topic. Legal officials ,and media bystanders feel that after 17 years of no trouble, Darden, comes out with flaky accusations against the late , Cochran, after what seems like false accusations.
My opinion on this topic is that we have already went through the legal processes that led to him being not guilty. It seems kind of sneaky that after so long, Darden, is trying to re-open this case. Seems like his accusations have been given in more of a spited sense. I think he's doing more harm than good.

  1. I strongly agree with you as well, that case is done with why does it even matter at this point? This case is slightly irrelevant to the world due to the fact that this happened in the 90's if he did it he did it, send him to jail. SIMPLE! But if there is no ACTUAL proof leave it alonge. People are just trying to find another reason to put a black man in jail. Mr.Cochran is not even alive, sohe can't even be actually punished if he did do it.
