Former President George H.W. Bush is dead at 94
By Elizabeth Chuck and Alex Johnson

Late last week (Friday, November 30th) the Former US President George H. W. Bush passed away at the age of 94. Even though he only served one term he is seen as the president who reasserted the US as the world's lone superpower. The article continues by listing off the great accomplishments he has made as a public servant to the US. They even go into a bit of detail of his life before becoming a politician. One thing is for sure, H. W. Bush was one of the most influential leaders of American in its history.

It's crazy to think that such an important historical figure has died. Even to his death, he was working to making the world better; though his charity work, he had raised over $100 million for cancer research and literacy. He was truly an incredible man who will be missed by many.

The message of Bush's funeral service was similar to that of Washinton's farewell address. Both emphasized that now is the time to preserve American Values and protect what America means. With the loss of Washington in the presidential sense and Bush in the physical, I know that we will be able to continue to grow and preserve our Ameican ideology like we have in our past.
