failures at COP24 climate talks could be suicidal

this week at the climate talks in poland, many of the worlds biggest contributors to climate change were not present, including the united states, china, india, germany, and the uk among them. these countries and others are not present in poland to discuss the many threatening problems that climate change. leaving the weight of the COP24 talks on smaller countries that are contributing the least to climate change. party negotiators at the talk said there is 'no political argument to counter atmospheric measurements that show co2 limits rising since the last paris agreement' emissions are on track to surpass a 2.7 % rise in 2018. another leader also said 'the time for limitless negotiations on climate change has passed. I think this article is very interesting and worth the read if you want to be informed on the recent climate agreements, and the lack of laws being passed to help our planet.
