21-year old , Emantic Bradford Jr., was killed on thanksgiving night. He was shot 3 times from behind at a mall in Hoover,Alabama. The police made a statement saying that they assumed that he was the assaliant to the shooter. Today they changed their story saying he might not have been the shooter but did have his hand on his gun. At this time the real shooter is in custody and the Hoover Police Department are investing this tragic incident.

I think this is crazy how police can think a man is a killer if he was his hand on his gun but not fully retracted and he is running away. Like every other person that’s what he was doing. Running away... Also what was the point of shooting him 3 times in three different parts of his body. In my opinion, police are becoming the scared people in situations and they use there guns to make themselves feel safe not the people they’re supposed to be protecting , the public. It seems to be that just because they have a badge and a gun they loose all sight of morality and believe that shooting a person or inflicting pain is what makes the police.

Each time a black male gets shot for no reason it all just leads back to the #blacklivesmatter thing. Yes all lives do matter , but in this day in age black people especially black males are being treated like their life is worthless. These cops are setting the example for every day people thinking that just because the color of their skin they have more authority of black people. For instance, D’Arreion Toles was refused into his apartment because he was black and looked like he didn’t belong. Every body needs to be treated equally... it’s almost 2019 people...
