Kloe rhoden- "The way to deal with the #METOO movement"

Kloe rhoden

My article basically about how to avoid a sexual based lawsuit from a woman. Rather than helping the somehow still confused men on how not to innopropriately treat and touch women, it focused on avoiding them. Yes. Avoid women and you most definitely won't get sued. My article stated that genuine businesses now think that hiring a woman is an "unknown risk", because what if she took something I said the wrong way. Also stating "No more dinners with female colleagues. Don’t sit next to them on flights. Book hotel rooms on different floors. Avoid one-on-one meetings." I just think if you have to take these measures to not make sexual advances on a woman, woman aren't the problem. I think if it is this big of deal you need to change professions, or ya know learn how to act professionally around a female. This mindset only makes it harder for women to get jobs to support their families, single mothers won't get jobs because men don't know how to act. I find this completely unjust and offensive to assume women are the "liabilities" . The target audience is men of the workplace. The purpose is an attempt to hep men avoid future law suits. This was written because sine the #METOO movement, many women have come forward and spoken about their incidents at work; pressures to sleep with a higher up to keep a job, and many men are being blackballed and loosing everything over it. This historically relates to when women were first integrated in the workforce. First they were seen as a replacement for their husbands while they were in battle, but then things changes. From the beginning men have ben using their authority to manipulate and mistreat women. Most time payed less than half the money of a man, less benefits; often times they were forced to have sex or loose their job. Though we have grown from our past we still have quite a bit of growing to do. Thank you for tuning in I'll see you next week on "PlEasE gIvE MeeEe a gOod GRadE"*awkward talk show host smile*

  2. Instead of avoiding women, men should stop sexually harassing or assaulting them. That is a surefire way to avoid a courtroom.

  5. That is so crazy that "some men" aren't able to keep from harassing women.
