This can be related back to sit ins in the 50's except that this is almost 70 years later and simply getting arrested for doing the exact same thing as their white counterparts is completely unacceptable and unconstitutional.

Carlo Lomas - 2 Black Men Arrested at Starbucks
Two anonymous black men showed up at Star Bucks on Friday afternoon they walked in and sat down waiting for a friend. They didn't order anything and the manager got upset and asked them to leave.When they didn't, the police were called and the manager accused them of trespassing. Once they were handcuffed and taken outside their friend showed up asking what they did and the officer replied "they were trespassing"
