The recent poisoning of ex-Russian spy in British territory, leads Britain to allege Russian government for the assassination. But more disconcerting than the possibility that the Russian government condemned an attack on foreign soil, is the fact that previously thought destroyed soviet chemical weapons have once again made an appearance, leading suspicion to Russia as they may not have disposed of the arms amassed during soviet rule of Russia.

This synthesizes to in WWI, the use of chemical weaponry was widespread, but the brutal effects it had got it ultimately banned in widespread usage, and such was not to be used in war, but this resurgence of banned technology shows bleakly on the future wars and current, such as in Syria
