The Los Angeles City Council's 15 members have all come to the agreement to have until July 1st of 2020 to to finish a total amount of 222 housing units for homeless people in their own districts, and in addition to any other units approved of since last summer. Each district will have an equal amount of housing units to avoid overflowing a corner of the city with homeless individuals. With a Los Angeles voter fund of $1.2 billion in support, a goal to build 10,000 housing units in the next 10 years may also be possible.
