This past Sunday, Obama made an address to America regarding the growing threats of terrorism, specifically ISIS. In this speech he does not actually reveal some great master plan to be used against ISIS, but instead pleads the American people, Muslim-Americans especially, to stand up and show ISIS that freedom is stronger than fear.
I think that what Obama is trying to do is valiant, but at this point we have had ample time to see that ISIS will not listen to reason nor will they even consider to negotiate. Because of this I think that the time has indeed come to follow Putin and take aggressive action against ISIS. I don't like the idea of violence but because terrorism is a fairly new threat and there have been no efficient ways so far to deal with it, I believe that it might be the only answer.

I agree, it is very scary out there right now. It would be nice to not have to worry about a terrorism attack all the time
