"Self-described anarchist gets 10 years in Ohio bridge bombing plot" - Emily Gray -5th period

Summary : Joshua Stafford, a self-described anarchist was sentenced to 10 years in prison for being found guilty of conspiring a bombing of a bridge in Cleavland. He was the only one out of the group of five to take his case to trial. The other four claimed their plead as guilty. These men were accused of  plotting in April of 2012 to blow up a bridge that runs through a park in Cleavland Park. They were arrested when they left  two tool boxes at the bottom of the bridge that contained C-4 explosives, which was purchased from an undercover FBI agent.

Analysis: This article was written by Kim Palmer on October 7, 2013. The purpose of this article was to inform the citizens of the United States that there are still attempts of attacks against the people. The main audience for this article was the whole nation. My opinion of this article is that I think that the criminals should be locked up for good. I think that if Stafford gets out he will probably try it again and it may end up in horrible outcome. The fact that he tried to defend himself and not just plead guilty like the other four worries me. It makes me wonder if something like that will actually fall threw and danger innocent people. I believe he should be locked up for life so that we can ensure he will not do something like that again.
