New practices in Texas have been deemed unconstitutional that a federal court judged had passed. The practices were deemed unconstitutional because of the unreasonable demands that it put on doctors and some of the effects it had on the patients. The lawsuit was originally opened by Planned parenthood and the pro-women's choice activists in the end won.
So I want to know what specific practices were deemed unconstitutional. And why were they all of a sudden brought to the forefront now and what made them so bad? Ah, well who knows?
