College Cheating Scandal-Gracie Zytynski

This article written by Rebecca Halleck apart of the New York Times, provides a list of several people who have cheated in the college admission process. In order to cheat, parents would pay professors, pay the supervisor of the exam for extend time, or pay for test scores through the school or through having other students take the tests for them. Though, there hasn't been a scandal about this in the previous years, in reality it has been going on for years. In this highly competitive era, colleges expected high test scores with nearly perfect grades. Additionally, tuition fees have increased. In all, these scandals have opened our eyes to what people will do to get into college.
