As we all remember last year there was a mass shooting at Parkland Highschool in Florida. 17 people were killed and others were injured. The tragedy sent a shock wave not only through that town, but through the nation. Unfortunately, the pain never goes away and even though the nation can move on the people who witnessed it first hand can not. On the 17th, Parkland survivor Sydney Aiello tragically took her own life. We must do something as a country to help fight for common sense gun control because we tend to forget that the people whose lives are affected have tolive with what happened for the rest of their lives.
