Beto has finally announced that he will be running for President and a lot of people are happy about it. He lost the senate race to Ted Cruz but he is hoping his newfound popularity will make him a serious candidate for the presidency. His campaign made over $6 million in the first 24 hours, so it looks like he is off to a good start. He started his campaign in Iowa of all places, where he ran a 5K. He wants to show people that he is relatable and it seems to be working.People have often compared him to Pres.Kennedy, young and different. But will that be enough for him to win the presidency? I guess we'll just have to find out ourselves!
