The Democratic Response To The End Of Robert Mueller's Investigation- Emma Myers

link!
This article focuses on the argument about the Mueller report and whether or not it should be publicly disclosed. Rep. Hakeem Jeffries is interviewed and speaks about how he thinks the report should be released, and how it would give an understanding to the public about the charges and choices of some members of government. Many people are angry about the summary, because a few pages can't sufficiently summarize a 500-page investigation.

I see and understand the concerns of the people- feeling in the dark about the government, wanting to know everything and be informed (because, after all, they are the ones receiving whatever the outcome of the report grants). The speaker has a very strong democratic opinion about the issue, so the document is very biased, and he is trying to rally the readers and used the point of "closure" to get his point across. The persuasiveness is somewhat aggressive, especially if you listen to it, and I don't think, although I agree with the point, this wanted me to believe him any more.
