A man under the name, John Dickhout recently had a heart attack so severe that he found it difficult to walk up a flight of stairs. Only two years later, Adam Prashaw died from a seizure and his heart was given to Dickhout during a heart transplant. To show his appreciation to the Prashaw family, John ran a 10K race around the Prashaw's hometown. Rick Prashaw cheered John on and gave him a big hug at the end of the race. I personally think that this is an extremely heart-warming story that shows that society is not always drama and negativity. These are the kinds of things that restore faith in humanity.
