Joaquin Sanchez- New Jersey judge, during DUI arrest, tells officers he is a 'f----ing judge' and will 'fight' them

Wilfredo Benitez, New Jersey judge, was recently arrested with the suspicion of drunk driving. He was found passed out in his vehicle with the emergency lights flickering and failed the sobriety test, which was acquitted in the trial due to flaws in the investigation. The judge was barred after the release of the officers dash cam video of his arrest.

In said video, you can hear Benitez saying things like "I'm a F---ing judge" and "you're being a d-"

while he is being read his Miranda rights. After failing the sobriety test he insisted he was not "drunk" or a "drug addict". The incident was made public in January after being accused of abusing his role as judge. This reminds me of the Judges in the Glided Age, which were corrupted and abused their power.
