Reflections of individuals speaking up on politics and collaborations between good hearts and morality, during a strike from teachers and school staff of West Virginia in demands to raise pay, they took into consideration the children that relied on them for food and education. As a result, teachers and staff, with the aid of local nonprofits and church groups to distribute, made hundreds of packed lunches for low-income students that thrive from free or reduced aid.
This is such a heartwarming event. Between political advances, exercising their first amendment right of petition, and concern for others, adults still have the ability to worry for the lesser-fortunate/privileged. Peaceful and well-spoken instead of a violent outcome. Published on the Good News Network on February 28 of 2018.
