2nd Major Storm in Northeast - Lauren Rothert

Another storm is expected to hit the Northeast just days after the first major storm. This storm is expected to combine with low pressure moving out of the Southeast to create a costal low. Winter storm warnings have already been issued for more than 33 million people, including those in New York City and Boston. Sources are saying that the winds don't look as strong as they were in the previous storm, but heavy snow is still possible for the major metropolitan areas. The biggest storm impacts are predicted to be from Wednesday into Thursday morning. High tides are also expected early Monday on the New England coast.

This is scary because weather is so unpredictable. Often times, we are only concerned about weather patterns, and we don't worry enough about the dangers like falling trees, and floods that come along with this storm. I hope everyone is able to prepare themselves and their families properly in order to avoid major casualties from this storm.
