A study shows that good relationship with your friends and family boosts your mental and physical help. Researchers showed that the more social you are, the lower your blood pressure is. sometimes if your popular, it seemed that it protected you from gaining weight, especially from the mid-section. When we are socially isolated, we may higher levels of stress. Some researchers have said that loneliness can kill a person. Social Isolation has been linked with 30% higher risks of death. However sometimes friends have negative effects. If a friend smokes, you are most likely going to smoke too.
This article got my attention really quickly. It was really interesting to learn that people in your can have a really good effect on you. This article reminded me of new inventions that were made in the old days. The inventions had many good effects, but it also had some negative effects.

  1. Friends, when chosen wisely, have many health benefits! But picking friends who are mean or not supportive is almost as bad as having no friends at all.
