To create a successful workplace there must be a fair balance between both the positive and negative atmospheres created. Although negative situations are required to counterbalance the positive, the American workplace is outweighed by negative intentions creating the need to exercise parasympathetic nervous systems. Coffee breaks, yoga, or praying are easy ways to stimulateone's parasympathetic nerves, essentially distracting the mind from any excess strain and stress to be able to "think clearly" or basically re-obtain the ability to access creative intellectual flow. Positivity can beeasily picked up on and provide a more substantial environment. Allowing oneself to think positively pushes success rates higher as more people will be accepting of ideas and support. Given the positive's benefit the negative benefit comes from the ability to access areas of needed improvement or rigorous requirements to push employers or lacking circumstances.

Positive and negative balance is a practical way to approach one's success. The concept: too much of anything "bad" for you. correlates directly to the situation where one works to be successful and maintain its effects. Approaching how mental and physical health inflicts certain reactions as a response to others positive or negative behavior of those surroundings. An interesting point touched on was the application of explicit and implicit memory usage.Explicit memory stores facts and information while implicit is associated with the subconscious and relies on previous experienceto perform a task. Basically the way to be more productive is to "re-wire" the brain's cerebral systems to strengthen more usefulresponse to negative and display a more positive mannerpersistently. Therefore the mind uses the memory to adapt and respond to day to day procedures that one ought to learn to control of simple bodily functions. Finally in other words- Strive for success!
