On Saturday at the Trump Tower a fire broke out. The late Todd Brassner was a resident of the 50th floor, he was taken to the hospital and died later that day. The fire became under control around 9 in the morning. Also, six firefighters were injured during this fire. According to sources, Brassner had various art pieces and personal portraits. Brassner also had a collection of guitars and ukuleles. His apartment was valued at 2.5 million dollars. Trump and his son kept twitter posted on the fire during and after the incident.
I feel bad for the family and all that but what if the family of Brassner didn't want the loss of their loved one all over Twitter? I believe this the violation of Amendment #1. This isn't fair because they didn't ask to publish details on their late Todd Brassner.
