NOAA Predicts Warmer Than Normal Temperatures by Victoria Valdez

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration have given their predictions for Spring's weather conditions.  They show that they will be warmer than normal temperatures in most of the United States.  Texas will be drier than usual.  Flooding is possible in the Northeast as the snow melts.

I had no idea that tthe NOAA even existed.  I didn't realize that they predict what will happen across the United States in each season.  Hopefully Texas won't go through too much of a drought as is expected and we will see some rainfall.
