There was a Woman’s March plus the Time’s Up and #MeToo movements. 2017 was a historic year for women’s empowerment. All of these came up because the alleged sexual offenses that multiple men of a high status was accused of. Although these worldwide movements has disrupted silence, increased solidarity, and brought forth a call for change, multiple people think there is still believe more could be done. ERA has sat in the hands of congress for 100+ years now. We are trying to bring attention to that fact and hopefully inspire those who are uncertain of this act to view it with an open mind.
