A fatal car accident has left Tesla and the NTSB feuding over who is to blame. Tesla released a new car featuring an autopilot mode, which was activated at the time of the crash. Their argument was that even when autopilot is engaged, the driver must stay attentive and not rely on the tech to do all of the work. However, the NTSB is saying that the autopilot shouldn't have caused such a wreck and is questioning its safety and programming. Nonetheless, a 38 year old man is dead and the only thing these two organizations are concerned about is who is getting sued rather the life lost.
