Child avocacy groups have filled many complaints with Youtube/Google using add algorithms on childer 13. These complaints went to the FTC, and they accused both compaines of violating the Child Online Privacy act, and if compainies want to recored data on those childern there must be consent given by the parents first. But even though the compainies say there websites arent made for childeren, many wonder if the goverment will hold this act acountable, much like in the 60s when the goverment made many states acountable for the 15th ammendment.
