Since the Vietnam War, in 1975, the United States and Vietnam have had a fairly tangible relationship. There have been no further conflicts and that’s why when the USS Carl Vinson entered Vietnam's Da Nang Port, it became the first U.S. aircraft carrier to visit a Vietnamese port since the war in 1975. The visit comes amid tensions in the region with China.
I think this could be a step in the right direction for our countries international affairs, the better relationships we have with foreign countries, the better your relations are, the more money your country brings in to supply for its enconomy and people.
