What Happens to your Body on Mount Everest -Avery Yoss
This article mainly focuses on the movie that was just released called "Everest". The movie is based on a true story about a group of men who ascend to the top of Mount Everest. The author of the article also gives tips for climbing this great mountain such as what you should do to prepare for this journey, temperatures, etc. There is a question going around hollywood because of the movie: a quote from "Everest" says that your bodies will literally be dying as you climb to the top and people were wondering if that is actually true. The author confirms that it is.
This is a very interesting article but it fails to mention that you have to be in the right kind of shape to climb this huge journey. The article discusses health, but what about being able to hold yourself up under these crazy conditions. I read an article once about an avalanche that people got stuck under and never made it out. This is something that was also failed to be mentioned in the article. This are very essential points that people need to know before they even think that they can start this journey themselves.

you're right because people have a way of romanticizing this long journey to the top of the mountain. several people have died trying to make it to the top and people need to understand that this event is something that needs dedication and preparation. the body needs to be fit to be able to climb this mountain successfully or its not unusual to fail and the worst resulting in death.
