Woman caught riding sea turtle on $2,000 bond-Eleni Loving period 1
Florida police arrested a woman for not complying with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission rule. On there way responding to a fight that was called in they found 20 year old Stephanie Moore who had an active felony arrest warrant for tampering with the sea turtles. One night Moore was could on multiple social media riding one of the sea turtles. She was identified as one of the two women in the photos. She is currently being held on a $2,000 jail bond.
I knew that the wildlife was a big part of the main Florida tourist attractions, although $2,000 is quite a heavy due. I find it pretty disappointing that these grown women would be so insensitive and just plain dumb enough to ride on a turtle. I'm so wildlife activist or anything, but i would definitely think twice before doing anything to a turtle like that. It could have really damaged the turtle or could have even killed it. I also find it kind of funny that she was caught all because some people posted it on their Snapchat stories. Florida must take their wildlife and nature very seriously for this woman to be persecuted so promptly. I am glad that they reacted this way, because there are too many places that wouldn't be bothered by something like this.

I agree with Eleni. It's amazing how much the law can find from one's social media nowadays.
