It's September 16th, David Kyre texts his son Daniel from South Carolina and asks how he's doing in LA. Daniel had just moved from South Carolina with his partners Ryan Magee and Matt Watson to work on their comedy project 'Cyndago'. David says he's so excited and grateful that his son gets to pursue his dreams and asks if he's happy. David never heard back. An hour later he was called and asked if he was the father of Daniel Kyre. The Kyres flew to LA immediately to check on Daniel after hearing that he was in the hospital after an apparent suicide attempt. Not much is known about the matter, but this is what was posted on Cyndago's Facebook page. "Doctors confirmed that he had irreversible brain damage and would not survive. He was taken off of life support on Friday, September 18th, 2015. Surrounded by his family, Daniel passed away in peace." Since then, the 'Cyndago' project has been discontinued, and close friend Mark Fischbach's YouTube project 'Markiplier' has been on hiatus. The Cyndago channel will post an informational video explaining what has happened and what will happen for Cyndago. It will be the last video on the channel and will end a story of silly sketches and weird songs on a sadder note. A lot of the Cyndago videos will probably be left as a memorial of Daniel. There is one video on the Cyndago channel that was drastically affected by Daniel's passing though. In the video, Ryan and Daniel are by a rocky lake. They debate on whether or not to go into the lake naked. Ryan gives a, now very morbid, speech to Daniel about living in the present and having fun. He promises Daniel will have a good time and then the video cuts to Ryan apologizing and crying over Daniel's grave. This video has been made private and will probably be taken down completely soon. The feelings of regret and wanting to go back roam Cyndago's social media pages. They'll be left alone, untouched for the rest of time. To grow old and collect virtual dust in our everchanging technology.
Suicide and suicide attempts have left many influential people in graves. Like Nirvana's Kurt Cobain, or Robin Williams. It's a very big cause of teen and adult deaths and happens very often, not just in America, but around the world. .Many go unnoticed by society but it is a very grave matter. "Every 15 seconds, we lose someone to suicide. The only difference is you knowing their name."
If anyone reading this is going through something they just don't see themselves making it to the end of, please look for help. Vent to your friends, seek help from an adult. Your life matters, it should prosper and grow thoughout history, not end and get left behind. You'll be okay.
