VA GOP: "Incest Can Be Voluntary". Gloria Jones

Recently a Virginia GOP Candidate said there should be no exceptions regarding abortion in case of rape or incest because sometimes incest is "voluntary".
This is creepy and insane on so many levels. First of all, they are requiring mandatory abortions in the case of incest, but making it an option. Also, to put the acceptance of incest ahead of the acceptance of a woman's choice about her own body is morally corrupt.
I'm slowly waiting, and growing slightly impatient, for the pro life/pro choice argument to cease. No one should interfere with another person' slide on such a personal and intimate level. Conservatives have become exceedingly wrapped up in the rights of an unborn fetus, that they are disregarding the rights of a living and independent being; the woman. Often abortions occur before the fetus would be able to live outside of the mother's body. At this point in pregnancy the fetus is a part of the mother's body that has the potential to become life. What gives the potential of life priority over an already living being. And even if one were to disagree, if the baby is a life what gives it the right to use the mother's body without her consent. Let's say someone was killed in a car crash, and their child was in need of a new heart. It is illegal to use that corpse's heart to save the child without consent from the donor. If they do not want to use their body (even if it serves them no purpose anymore) to save their child, they don't have to. Why does it not apply to a fetus. How can the law force a woman to devote her body to harvesting the potential of a child when she does not want to do so.  Especially since once the child is born, the law can no longer force the mother to care for it. In several instances a child is born, unwanted, mistreated, abused, and not only does the child lead a miserable life; the mother' slide is ruined as well. Therefore, by forcing a woman to have a child the law is destroying the well being of two people in order to just have a greater quantity of life, without regard to the quality. Ok there's my pro choice rant!
