Neil Scott, 25 years old and Timothy Brooks, 18 are graduates from a prestigious school outside of Philadelphia. This school's tuition was around 35,000 a year per student. This helped them have connections to recruit drug dealers as well as customers. They employed students from 5 local high schools and 3 colleges, sub-dealers, to distribute cocaine, marijuana, hash oil. They were arrested Monday, April 22, 2014 responsible for starting a drug ring around Philadelphia's suburbs which is called the "main line". Scott is being held with a one million bail and brooks was released after he paid a 250,000 bail.
I don't think it was right for them to be released because if they are heads of the drug-dealing they of course are going to have enough money to pay a bail.
